Triennial Plan 2004-2006

1st Year (2004)

 - Project:  Data base for different Provincial, Municipal and Communitarian Museums in order to make a Data Base and Digital Inventory of the archaeological, anthropological and ethnographical collections

 - Update of the Web page and our site in Internet

-Support to different scientific and cultural events that require electronic reports , propaganda, sale of CD´s and Videos in academia  events.

- Authorization of sale of crafts and articles in the samples of both museums of the Institute of Archaeology.

 -Diffusion of its program of activities and adhesions of new members. 

-Feasibility study and elaboration of projects destined to create conscience of the importance of improving the environmental surroundings 

2nd Year (2005)

 - Accomplishment of Agreements with institutions that support the objectives of this Foundation, ready to collaborate in training tasks, investigation and extension in the field of Archaeology and other connected sciences.

 - Signature of an agreement with the Secretary of Culture of the Province of Tucumán in order to collaborate in the accomplishment of the international project "Andean Main Way. - Diffusion of the program of activities and adhesions of new members.

 - Collaboration with the Secretary of Culture of the Province of Tucumán and with the Institute of Archaeology and Museum UNT in the  inventory of the archaeological heritage of the Province.

 - To intensify bows of cooperation with diverse institutions and organisms private and/or public of the Argentine Republic and abroad, aiming to promote the protection of the archaeological heritage

 - Legal establishment of the marks and bonds necessary for the interprovincial cooperation  leading to solve detected problems common in the archaeological heritage

 - Beginning of the study of technical and organizational feasibility of the sustainable handling of archaeological sites and cultural centers

 - Project "a Museum for the Amaicheños": Advanced training courses for young people inside the province to the effects of projecting a communitarian cultural center.

  - Project "the young people protect their cultural and natural heritage" Qualification for young people in subjects relative to the archaeology of calchaquíes valleys, ethnohistory, geography and geology

 -Project "Archaeology and tourism in Antofagasta”.  Appraisal of archaeological sites and organization of tourist circuits and a Center of Interpretation.

3rd Year (2006)

- Campaign of diffusion and pick up of people interested in participating in the dispositions of the law of Fiscal Incentives for the Promotion to the Culture (Law of Patronage)

 -To evaluate the possibility of making scientific and cultural trips in the area of social and environmental sciences for schools, , and public in general

 - Qualification of local guides and assembly of the Center of Interpretation Punta de la Peña, Río de las Pitas, Antofagasta de la Sierra, Catamarca

 - Feasibility study and elaboration of projects destined to create conscience of the importance of improving the environmental surroundings.

 - To initiate the study of feasibility to edit a semester magazine of regional scientific spreading culture.

 - To collaborate in the elaboration of cultural programs of radio for different local and regional FMs.

 - Consolidation of measures and actions destined to the improvement of the conditions of handling and preservation of the provincial archaeological heritage.

 - Extension and diversification of projects on sustainable handling of archaeological sites.

 - Reorganization of new projects.

 - Elaboration of the next triennial plan.
